Abstract

Title of thesis: Profile of bullying in class XII MIPA Wolwal State Senior High School in the academic year 2022/2023 and its implications for social personal guidance programs. Formulation of the problem 1) What is the bullying profile of class XII MIPA students at Wolwal State High School for the 2022/2023 academic year? 2) What are the implications of the bullying profile of class XII MIPA students at Wolwal State High School for the 2022/2023 school year, for the personal social guidance program? The purpose of this study was to find out, 1) Profile of bullying in class XII MIPA Wolwal State Senior High School in the 2022/2023 academic year. 2) The implications of the bullying profile for class XII MIPA SMA Negeri Wolwal for the 2022/2023 academic year, for social personal guidance programs. This study used a quantitative descriptive method with a data collection tool in the form of a bullying questionnaire. The sample for this study was the entire class XII IPS SMA Negeri Wolwal for the academic year 2022/2023, which consisted of 16 students. The data analysis technique used is the central tendency analysis.The results of the research data analysis showed that the average score of student bullying was 135.75. This score is in the range of 113-146, including the high category. The results of the analysis of each aspect show that, the average physical aspect of bullying is a score of 39.52 which is in the range of scores 36-46, including the high category, the verbal aspect of bullying has an average score of 53 which is in the range of scores 50-64 including the high category, the psychological aspect of bullying has an average score of 44.85 in the range of scores 40-51 including the high category. Based on the results of the data analysis above, it can be concluded that class XII MIPA SMA Negeri Wolwal for the academic year 2022/2023, has very high bullying behavior at school seen from the behavior of physical, verbal and psychological violence. According to the results of the study, the researcher provides suggestions to a) The school principal is expected to further enhance cooperation with counseling guidance teachers, facilitate and support personal social guidance services in schools so that they are carried out properly in order to seek to reduce the number of acquaintances of students at school. b) Guidance and counseling teachers are expected to be able to design and develop social personal guidance programs that suit the needs of students for efforts to solve bullying problems in schools. c) Students are expected to be actively involved in participating in social personal guidance services organized by guidance and counseling teachers at school, so as to reduce bullying problems at school
