Abstract

Jey Tallo Boutique is a fashion sewing service business established in 2016 and serves various types of clothing such as wedding dresses, evening dresses, fashion show dresses, and office wear. The ordering process is carried out directly or online, but recording of order data, finances, and material stock is still done manually, resulting in recording errors, information delays, and difficulties in data management. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Ordering Information System at Jey Tallo Boutique to integrate customer data, sewing orders, fabric types, and finances efficiently. The method used is the Waterfall model which includes analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results of this study are a web-based boutique management information system that is able to integrate customer data management, sewing orders, finances, material stock, and pickup and return schedules in a concise manner. The system built is equipped with notification features and customer contact information to support smooth communication. System testing was carried out using the Black Box Testing method which showed that all main functions of the system, such as the authentication process, data management, order transactions and report generation, have run according to user needs and without any functional errors.
