Abstract

The development of information technology has influenced various business sectors, including Furniture sales. MRD Mebel still handled ordering and sales data management manually, which often caused delays, recording errors, and limited customers in placing orders according to their needs. This study aimed to design and develop a web-based Furniture Sales Information System with a product customization feature using the Laravel framework . The system was developed using the Waterfall method through the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system allows customers to order products online and customize Furniture specifications, while administrators can manage product, customer, and transaction data more efficiently. The results show that the system manages data in an integrated manner, supports the purchasing flow from login to checkout, proof of payment upload, and payment gateway integration. The system also helps administrators monitor and update order status and provides purchase reports based on specific time ranges for evaluation and decision-making.
