Abstract
is research, titled "The Influence of Leadership Style, Managerial Ability, and Work Motivation on Teacher Performance at SDN Gugus III Kota Kupang," was conducted by Yunita Viona Ay (Student ID: 811212050), under the supervision of Dr. Agapitus H. Kaluge, M.Pd., and Dr. Simon Sia Niha, SE., M.Si. The objectives of this study are: (1) to determine respondents' perceptions of leadership style, managerial ability, work motivation, and teacher performance at SDN Gugus III Kota Kupang; (2) to analyze the partial influence of leadership style, managerial ability, and work motivation on teacher performance; and (3) to analyze the simultaneous influence of these three variables on teacher performance. The research sample consisted of 59 teachers, selected using the saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression (t-test, F-test, coefficient of determination R², and classical assumption tests). The results of the descriptive analysis indicate that all variables fall within the "good" to "excellent" categories: the principal's leadership style is categorized as "good" (82%), managerial ability as "excellent" (86%), work motivation as "good" (84%), and overall teacher performance as "good" (83%). Partially, all three variables have a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, with t-values greater than the t-table and and significance values below 0.05. Simultaneously, leadership style, managerial ability, and work motivation significantly influence teacher performance, contributing 46.2% ($R^2$), while the remaining 53.8% is influenced by other factors outside this research model. Efforts to improve teacher performance at SDN Gugus III Kota Kupang should be implemented through concrete measures, namely strengthening participatory leadership styles, enhancing the principal's managerial abilities in resource management, and providing continuous work motivation stimulation for teachers. These steps are crucial to ensure that educators' performance standards are maintained to achieve optimal educational goals in the elementary school environment.
