Abstract

CV. Trio Prima Logistik Kupang is a company engaged in the field of expedition and logistics, handling the delivery of goods from four main vendors to customers. Currently, shipping records are still done manually using Microsoft Excel, which causes various problems such as data duplication, loss of information, and delays in reporting and billing to vendors. This study aims to develop a web-based Logistics Information System using the Waterfall model, which can record, store, and manage shipping data automatically. This system will support the creation of shipping reports, transaction recapitulations, and tracking shipping status more accurately and efficiently. In addition, this study will also implement User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets user needs before being implemented. The model used in the development of this software is Waterfall. By implementing this system, CV. Trio Prima Logistik is expected to improve operational efficiency, reduce recording errors, and speed up the reporting and billing process.
