Abstract

Excellent public service is a reflection of good governance, especially in population administration services such as the creation of Electronic Identity Cards which are the fundamental rights of every citizen. However, in practice the process of making e-KTP often face various obstacle that impact public satisfaction. This study aims to analyze and describe how public service performance in making e-KTP at the population and civil registration office in Nagekeo district. This study uses qualitative research methods. The type of qualitative research consists of the head of the office, emplyoyees and the community who use public service performance in making e-KTP. Data collection methods use interviews,observations,and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found that the system of implementing e-KTP service performance has been implemented in accordance with the standard operating procedures (SOP) for applicants, processing, recording for new KTP, processing KTP printing, applicants taking KTP documents and applicants returning home.
