Abstract
This study aimed to analyze students’ conceptual understanding in physics through the implementation of a guided inquiry learning model integrated with Google Sites-based eworksheets in class XI IPA 4 of SMA Negeri 3 Kupang. The background of this research is based on the importance of student-centered learning and the need for digital learning media that help students build concepts in a clear and organized way. The study employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental design. The research instruments consisted of a conceptual understanding test to measure students’ cognitive achievement and a response questionnaire to identify students’ perceptions of the implemented learning model. The results showed that the average score of students’ conceptual understanding after the learning process was 81.05. This score is higher than the Minimum Mastery Criteria (MMC) of 75 at SMA Negeri 3 Kupang. The percentage of classical learning mastery reached 85%, indicating that most students achieved the required the mastery criteria. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the use of the guided inquiry learning model integrated with Google Sitesbased e-worksheets positively contributes to improving students’ conceptual understanding in physics.
