Abstract

The Cultural Park Is A Public Facility That Serves As A Platform For The Preservation And Development Of Local Arts And Culture By Providing Open And Closed Spaces For Various Arts, Performances, Educational, And Recreational Activities. As A Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) Under The East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Education And Culture Office, The Cultural Park Plays A Strategic Role In Strengthening The Region's Cultural Identity. However, The Physical Condition, Facilities, And Spatial Utilization Of The NTT Provincial Cultural Park Are Still Suboptimal, Necessitating A Redesign. This Redesign Was Motivated By The Need To Preserve Local Culture, Modernize Facilities, Enhance The Attractiveness Of Cultural Tourism, And Improve The Quality Of The Environment And Public Spaces. The Concept Of NTT Vernacular Architecture Was Applied As A Design Approach To Reflect Traditional Values, Utilize Local Materials, And Strengthen The Character Of NTT's Cultural Identity. This Approach Is Expected To Create A Cultural Space That Is Functional, Comfortable, Representative, And Contextual To The Local Social And Cultural Environment. Thus, The Redesign Of The NTT Provincial Cultural Park Aims Not Only To Improve The Physical Structure But Also To Strengthen Its Role As A Center For The Preservation And Development Of Regional Culture.
