Abstract

UD Barokah Jaya Beton is engaged in the production and sale of building products. Current business processes still rely on manual systems, such as recording transactions and stock management using notebooks, which causes inefficiency and difficulty in monitoring stock in real-time. Product orders are also made through social media such as Facebook and WhatsApp, which are less structured. This study aims to develop a web-based ordering and sales system to improve operational efficiency. This system is equipped with online ordering features, automatic stock management, sales reports, and product reports. In addition, the system integrates Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to improve customer interaction and satisfaction. The technologies used include Python (backend) for the backend, Bootstrap and JavaScript for the frontend, and SQLite as the database. The development method used is the Waterfall Model. The result of this study is an ordering and sales application with CRM features that can help UD Barokah Jaya Beton improve operational efficiency, reduce manual errors, and expand marketing reach. This system also contributes to the field of computer science, especially the development of web-based information systems for MSMEs.
