Kristina Arseman (32120003) Management study program, Faculty of Economics and Business with research title "THE INFLUENCE OF LIQUIDITY, CAPITAL STRUCTURE AND PROFITABILITY ON COMPANY VALUE IN BUMN BANK LISTED ON THE INDONESIAN STOCK EXCHANGE PERIOD 2015-2022" The problem formulation in this research is 1). What is the general picture of Liquidity, Capital Structure, Profitability and Company Value in state-owned banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2015-2022? 2). Do liquidity, capital structure and profitability partially have a significant effect on the company value of state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2022 period? 3). Do liquidity, capital structure and profitability simultaneously have a significant effect on the company value of state-owned banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2015-2022 period? Research purposes. 1). To find out the picture of Liquidity, Capital Structure and Profitability on Company Value in BUMN Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2022. 2). To find out Liquidity, Capital Structure and Profitability partially have a significant effect on the company value of stateowned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2022 period. 3). To find out Liquidity, Capital Structure and Profitability simultaneously have a significant effect on the company value of state-owned banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2022 period. The population and sample in this research are state-owned banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, namely Bank Repoblik Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) and Bank Mandiri. With a research period of 8 years from 2015-2022. With a total of 32 respondents. The data analysis methods used in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing, t test and f test. The results of this research show that the Liquidity variable (LDR) has a significant effect on Company Value in state-owned banks for the 2015-2022 period, Capital Structure (DER) has a significant effect on Company Value in state-owned banks for the 2015-2022 period and Profitability (ROA) has a significant effect on company value in State-owned banks for the 2015-2022 period.
