Abstract

The Parish Church of St. Joseph Riangkemie Larantuka has a large service area with several stations scattered throughout, so that the process of sacramental service and parishioner data management, which is still done manually, often causes problems such as delays in recording, difficulty in searching for data, irregularities in archives, and slow production of sacramental service administration reports. This study aims to design and develop a web-based sacramental service information system to assist in managing parishioner data and sacramental services more effectively and efficiently. The system development method used is the waterfall method, which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database with features for managing parishioner data, recording baptisms, communions, confirmations, and marriages, generating sacramental service administration reports, and printing sacramental certificates. Functional testing results show that the system can function properly in managing data, facilitating information retrieval, generating structured sacramental service reports, and helping to improve the efficiency and accuracy of sacramental service administration at the Santo Yoseph Riangkemie Larantuka Parish.
