Abstract

The administrative management of Eklesia Sabkiki Church is currently still conducted manually, resulting in various challenges such as time-consuming processes in searching and managing congregation data, unintegrated management of rayon data, separate financial record-keeping that is prone to calculation errors, and unsystematic archiving of church information. This research aims to design and develop an integrated web-based church information system to centrally manage congregation data, rayons, financial data, and church information. The system development applies a structured and systematic software development approach using the Waterfall method, which consists of system requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. The system is developed using the Laravel framework as the backend technology and MySQL as the database. The results show that the developed system is able to support integrated management of congregation and rayon data, facilitate church financial transaction recording that produces automatic and accurate financial reports, and provide well-organized and easily accessible church information archiving features. The implementation of this system has proven to improve administrative efficiency, minimize recording errors, and enhance transparency and accountability in the administrative management of Eklesia Sabkiki Church, while also supporting the digitalization of church administrative services.
