Abstract
This research was written by Amalia Cotensa Loda (31122006), with the title "Analysis of Village Fund Utilization and Its Impact on the Community Economy in Labolewa Village, Aesesa District, Nagekeo Regency." This research aims to analyze the allocation, utilization, and impact of Village Funds on the economic conditions of the community in Labolewa Village during the period 2021– 2025. The focus of the research includes the allocation of Village Funds based on village expenditure areas and their impact on community per capita income, access to economic resources, community consumption and spending patterns, availability of economic infrastructure, and poverty levels. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data obtained are analyzed descriptively to describe the condition of Village Fund management and its impact on the village community's economy. The research results show that the allocation of Village Funds in Labolewa Village has been directed towards five main spending areas: village government spending, village development implementation spending, community development spending, community empowerment spending, and spending on disaster management, emergencies, and urgent village needs. The utilization of Village Funds has had a positive impact on increasing per capita income, both directly through the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program during the pandemic and indirectly through infrastructure development and cash-for-labor activities in the post-pandemic period. Furthermore, Village Funds contribute to expanding community access to economic resources, encouraging changes in consumption patterns towards more productive ones, increasing the availability of economic infrastructure, and playing a role in controlling and reducing community poverty levels gradually and sustainably. Based on the research results, it was concluded that Village Funds play a strategic role in supporting village development and improving the economic welfare of the Labolewa Village community. Therefore, sustainable, transparent, and community-oriented management of Village Funds is necessary to ensure continued growth in the future.
