Abstract

North Central Timor Regency, Kefamenanu City District, is currently developing and expanding its territory. North Central Timor Regency is currently making progress in development. One current example is the rebuilding of the General Election Commission Office which was burned down and will be built using planning and redesigning the land provided by the TTU Regional Government without having to change the site location. Current constraints Kefamenanu is currently experiencing development and expansion of the Regency area outside the city so that development follows the development of the Capital City, which is in the background, namely the office. Often the object that is being planned will have shortcomings, things that need to be paid attention to and considered are the harmony of form following function. The need for a General Election Commission Office is due to increasing population growth and helping to facilitate elections in Kefamenanu City. Based on these problems, the aim of planning and designing the North Central Timor Regency General Election Commission office building is to create a good building that follows the function of the KPU workplace, as well as providing a comfortable atmosphere by providing the use of vegetation site processing, the shape and appearance of the building by displaying Modern Architecture. .
