Abstract
Thesis Title: Profile of Student Learning Interests and Its Implications for the Tutoring Program of Class VIII D Regional Technical Implementation Unit for State Junior High Schools 10 Kupang in the Academic Year of 2024/2025. The problems investigated are: a) What is the profile of the learning interests of class VIII D students of Regional Technical Implementation Unit for State Junior High Schools 10 Kupang in the academic year of 2024/2025? b) What are the implications of the learning interest profile for the tutoring program of class VIII D students of Regional Technical Implementation Unit for State Junior High Schools 10 Kupang in the academic year of 2024/20257The purpose of this study is to determine: a) The profile of the learning interests of class VIII D students of Regional Technical Implementation Unit for State Junior High Schools 10 Kupang in the academic year of 2024/2025, b) The implications of the learning interest profile for the tutoring program of class VIII D students of Regional Technical Implementation Unit for State Junior High Schools 10 Kupang in the academic year of 2024/2025. The research data analysis technique used the central tendency formula. The results of the research data analysis showed that the average score of the learning interest profile of class VIII D students of Regional Technical Implementation Unit for State Junior High Schools 10 Kupang in the 2024/2025 academic year was 93.5333, in the score range of 80-103, including the high category. Based on the results of the research data analysis as described, the researcher makes suggestions to the following parties: a) The principal as the person responsible all parties and Guidience and Counseling teachers to be able to carry out tutoring program activities at school. b) Guidience and Counseling teachers: Are expected to be more active in building open communication with various school parties such as the principal, homeroom teachers, subject teachers as well as students and parents in carrying out tutoring to increase students' interest in learning. c) Students are expected to utilize the tutoring available at school as a means to get to know and increase their interest in learning
