The APPeK Workshop also sends direct assistants to villages to train and assist vulnerable groups. Second, from the aspect of access to employment and income, the APPeK Workshop also supports the economic independence of vulnerable groups by assisting them in starting their own businesses, accessing capital (KUR loans), marketing digitally and conducting monitoring and evaluation so that their businesses can develop sustainably. Third, from the aspect of social inclusion, the APPeK Workshop through this program provides opportunities for the community, especially vulnerable groups, to participate without discrimination among other communities. Despite the lack of self-confidence, some APPeK workshop members remain committed to using personal approaches, and others. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the APPeK Workshop's strategy is routine training and mentoring. However, some members still lack confidence, and none have accessed capital, relying on their own resources. This has prompted the APPeK Workshop to continue its efforts. The recommendation to the APPeK Workshop is to continue this program, as its impact has been felt by vulnerable groups. A regular, personal approach is needed to ensure members can access capital and build confidence. Vulnerable group members can continue to develop their businesses and become more independent, utilizing all the training and instruction provided to improve their economic well-being.
