Abstract

Thesis entitled "The Influence of Financial Literacy, Socialisation, and Ease of Access on Quality of Participation in the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan of Employees at PT Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Tanaoba Lais Manekat Kantor Pusat Operasional Kupang" under the supervision of Dr. Stanis Man, SE,M.Si and Dr. Yolinda Yanti Sonbay, SE, M.Sc This study aims to analyse the influence of financial literacy, socialisation, and ease of access on the participation of male and female employees of PT Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Tanaoba Lais Manekat Kantor Pusat Operasional Kupang, in the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan programm. The research method used is quantitative with a sampling technique using a census, and data collection was conducted through a questionnaire based on the Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The results of the descriptive analysis indicate that financial literacy, socialisation, and ease of access are in the Good category, with membership quality reaching the Very Good category as the variable with the highest score. Additionally, the research results also indicate that financial literacy and socialisation do not significantly influence the quality of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participation, while ease of access has a positive and significant influence and is the most dominant factor. Simultaneously, these three variables significantly influence the quality of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participation at BPR TLM Branch Kupang, so improving participation quality requires the integration of various factors, particularly ease of access to services. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that ease of access is the most dominant factor in improving the quality of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan membership. Therefore, it is recommended that PT BPR Tanaoba Lais Manekat Cabang Kupang prioritise improving the ease of access to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan services and develop financial literacy and socialisation programmes that are more applicable, structured, and integrated with the company's service system in order to have a more tangible impact on membership quality of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
