Abstract

PT Viquam is a bottled drinking water company that has been operating since 1987 in Kupang City with more than 60 regular customers and sales volumes reaching 500–1,000 cartons per day; however, the manual recording of stock, sales transactions, and distribution has resulted in data inaccuracies, overlooked orders, and delays in information delivery. This study aims to develop a web-based sales and distribution information system capable of integrating all activities in a centralized and systematic manner using the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The developed system provides features such as customer management, stock management, transaction recording, payment verification, distribution monitoring, an analytics dashboard, and automatic report generation. The implementation results, tested using the Black Box Testing method, indicate that all system features function in accordance with the functional requirements without any errors in the main processes. Therefore, the system has proven to improve data recording accuracy, accelerate report generation, minimize manual errors, and support fast, accurate, and data-driven decision-making.
