Abstract

The Paris Indah Bus Company (PO Bus Paris Indah) faced challenges with its manual ticket booking process. This led to long queues, inaccurate records, and difficulties for passengers in quickly checking departure schedules. To address these issues, a web-based management information system was developed to offer an efficient, secure, and easy-to-use online bus ticket booking platform. In addition to real-time schedule search, online ticket booking and payment, the system features a management dashboard that allows you to control passenger data, schedules, and sales reports. This system is expected to improve the company's operational efficiency and make travel easier for passengers.
