Abstract
he high growth of vehicles operating on the road is generally dominated by the increase in private vehicles, both cars and motorbikes, as a result of the still low quality of service from public transportation (Dhimas Setya Wiguna 2020). Jln.Soverdi - Simpang 3 Romyta District, Oebobo City, Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara is one of the 3 intersections that connect 3 intersections, namely the Oebufu 3 intersection, the Naimata 3 intersection and the Leona Hospital 3 intersection. This makes the traffic flow on Jln.Soverdi - Simpang 3 Romyta often experience congestion and traffic violations that can cause traffic delays and even frequent accidents. In addition, there is a Road Barrier installation at the Romyta 3 intersection to implement the One-Way Road System. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of the implementation of one-way traffic on one-way traffic violations, and to determine the impact of violations on travel delays at the Romyta 3 intersection. With the survey, data processing and analysis of the impact of the implementation of the one-way road system at the Romyta 3-way Intersection, it causes delays that exceed the required Maximum Delay Value (>0.85 sec/skr) in the 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines and the flow of driver behavior and vehicle population observed from the age, engine power and condition of the vehicle in each vehicle composition still exceeds the Maximum Delay value (≥ 0.85 sec/skr). Judging from the results of the Delay value (T) = 10.0 sec/skr obtained in the results of this study, therefore there needs to be a Solution for the Romyta 3-way Intersection Road Section.
