Abstract
Community Involvement in the Growth of Maritime Tourismat NemberalaBeach, West Rote District, Rote Ndao Regency is the title of this study. Theprimary issue brought up is how to contribute to the growth of tourisminNemberala Beach. The purpose of this study is to outline the role that thecommunity has had in the growth of Nemberala Beach tourism. The descriptive technique was employed in this study. In this study, observation, interviewing, and documenting were the methods employed to collect data. There are fifteen study respondents in total that are selected usingapurposive sample methodology. Descriptive analysis is the data analysis methodemployed. Both primary and secondary data sources are utilised. CommunityInvolvement in Maritime Tourism Development is the problemthat is beingexplored in order to investigate this issue. The study's findings highlight the involvement of the local populationinbeach development's infrastructure and promotion, including: (1) Nemberalabeach tourism development program in the field of infrastructure, namelycommunity involvement in the construction of infrastructure at the Nemberalatourist beach location or the completeness of the tourist area needed to servetourist needs tailored to the needs of tourist attractions; (2) involvement of thelocal community in the growth of Nemeberala Beach tourismnamely thecommunity participates in introducing the various beauties of Nemberala Beach, the facilities and infrastructure available around the beach through social mediasuch as Tiktok, YouTube and television, as well as digital newspapers.
