Abstract

The development of information technology provides opportunities for religious organizations to improve the effectiveness of services and administrative management. St. Pio Langke Majok Parish, Manggarai Regency, still applies manual methods in parishioner data management, sacramental applications, and pastoral information dissemination, which causes problems such as data inconsistencies among stations, slow sacramental verification processes, and ineffective information distribution. This study aims to design and develop an integrated web-based Parish Information System to support digital administrative and pastoral services. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The system is developed using the Laravel framework and MySQL database, featuring parishioner management, stations, priests, Mass schedules, parish news and galleries, sacramental applications and certificates, parishioner statistics, and reporting modules. System testing is conducted using the black box testing method. The results show that the webbased St. Pio Langke Majok Parish Information System functions properly, all main features operate as designed, and the system can be accessed optimally across various devices and web browsers. The implementation of this system is expected to improve the efficiency of parish data management, accelerate sacramental services, provide well-organized digital archives, and enhance the dissemination of pastoral information to parishioners in an effective and accessible manner.
