Abstract

In the era of digital transformation, the use of information technology has proven effective in expanding the reach of promotion and strengthening the transparency of village governance. Oesoko Village, located in North Insana Subdistrict, North Central Timor District, East Nusa Tenggara Province, has a variety of local potential in the agriculture, livestock, fisheries, and socio-cultural sectors, but has not been managed through digital information media. This research aims to design and build the Oesoko Village Profile Website as a means of centralized publication that is easily accessible to the community. The research method used is the Waterfall model, including the stages of requirements, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This website was developed with a simple yet informative appearance, and is equipped with various main features such as village profile, population demographics, superior potential, photo gallery, current news, and an admin page for data management. The implementation results prove that the Oesoko Village Profile Website is feasible to operate as an official information media that supports data transparency, increases the promotion of local potential, and opens opportunities for external cooperation. The existence of this digital information media is expected to increase public awareness of village excellence, open up opportunities for cooperation with external parties, and support regional economic growth.
